www.WeChooseTheMoon ("Site") is owned by the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation ("Foundation") and it is a joint collaboration of the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum ("Library"), the Foundation, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration ("NASA"), and AOL, LLC ("AOL").
The Library is a Presidential Library administered by the National Archives and Records Administration ("NARA"), a United States Government Agency. The Foundation is a non-governmental, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that supports the programs and activities of the Library.

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") governs information gathering online from or about children under the age of 13. Verifiable consent from a child's parent or guardian is required before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from a child under the age of 13. This Site complies with these requirements.
We collect no information about you or your child, other than that detailed in the previous sections, when you visit the Site unless you choose to provide information to us. When our Site needs to collect information about a child under 13 years old, COPPA required information and instructions will be provided by the specific Web page that collects information about the child. How to Opt-Out

Email messages will also provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of receiving this information. Please note that changes to your preferences may not be effective immediately.
